Location and surroundings
Thirteen luxury chalets will be built immediately next to the village named Liptovské Kľačany, on the silent and pleasant plateau located beyond this village, at the border of Nízke Tatry national park. As the location of every chalet will be carefully selected and planned, every resident will have a great view of a large number of mountains in the high Tatra as well as Malá Fatra. This unique view is one of the outstanding features of the project. The investors will ensure that the delightful landscape can be viewed from any position in every chalet.
Liptov is one of the most beautiful regions in Slovakia. It is located in the basin between two of the highest mountain massifs in Slovakia, namely the High Tatra and the Low Tatra. Two of three national parks are also located in this region. The third is Veľká Fatra national park. An outstanding aspect of this locality, in addition to its natural surroundings, is the famous artificial lake of Liptovská Mara.
Liptov is famous for its ski resorts which offer facilities for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and several other leisure activities as well as exciting sports. The mountains provide a large number of hiking routes as well as XC bike tracks in the summer. Thanks to the region’s natural features and the facilities provided by the construction project, the resident or visitor will have unlimited opportunities to pursue any kind of sports in the winter as well as summer.

Summer
The region is ideal for tourism, Nordic walking and XC-biking. The new golf resort is located right under the peaks of the High Tatras. The nearby artificial lake serves as an ideal location for water sports and fishing. The region provides several cultural locations for sightseeing as well as museums and castles. The village of Vlkolinec is an open-air museum and is registered as a place of cultural heritage by the UNESCO.
Winter
The region is an ideal environment for those who pursue an active life and energetic sports. There are ski resorts at every corner. All of the famous ski resorts of the country are at driving distance. Resorts such as Ski Jasná or Ski Park Ružomberok can be accessed within a few minutes while other resorts, for example those in the High Tatras such as Tatranská Lomnica, Starý Smokovec and Štrbské pleso, are located within an hour’s drive. Apart from these well known places, many smaller resorts are at a closer distance. The region as well as the above mentioned ski resorts offer ideal options for alpine skiing and winter tourism while many locations offer ideal conditions for cross-country skiing

Trekking a XC Biking
This region is ideal for trekking. It is a starting point to Západné Tatry, Nízke Tatry and also Vysoké Tatry. It offers tracks for families with little children same as well for hard hikers. There are many cycling roads in the region.
Fishing and hunting
This locality also offers many possibilities for hunting and fishing. There are professional companies taking care of hunting and the observation of wild nature.

Relaxation facilities
A number of hot springs are located in this region. Two water parks (Tatralandia and Aquacity Poprad) are at driving distance and two very famous curative springs (Bešeňová and Oravice) are located nearby. All of the resorts are operated throughout the year.
